One notable initiative involves the transformation of a large abandoned dairy farm into a cultural destination that promotes regenerative agriculture across the entire island.

Spanning over 50 hectares, this farm grows a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, and legumes while also managing a substantial goat herd. They employ regenerative farming methods such as cover cropping, no till, crop rotation, composting, organic matter cycling, perennials, and agroforestry to enhance resilience and ecological regeneration.

Another projects standout example is their regenerative chicken, which surpasses organic certification standards.
