An Ambitious Timeline
The project commenced in October 2023, with the initial phase focused on outfitting all hotel rooms, corridors, and common areas with advanced ELSYS CO2, Sound, and Eye Sensors. Our trusted electricians recently installed an Arkreen Networks ZIGBEE unit to add to the already incredible data we have harvested monthly.
Throughout the winter season, extensive data has been collected and is under analysis both by our team and independently from a renowned data company, to determine the best deployment of DePIN products and alternative technology to reduce future energy costs.

The primary objective of this initial data analysis is to implement automated systems capable of optimising energy consumption. These intelligent systems will adeptly control devices and systems, activating & deactivating them based on their use.
